Fitting trackers is not a feasable option, it would cost way too much money and time and not be cost effective.
What i'd like to know is where road tax goes? Theres plenty of distribution warehouses in my area, all with frequent visits from lorry drivers, a rigid 10 tonne wagon itself can cost upto £1200 a year to tax, yet the roads here are in an appauling state.
But hang on, what's opening up in 2012? Will last around 6 months and never be filled to max capacity? And i wonder where all twelve billion pounds is coming from to build it...
In my opinion we're heading for an economic collapse because of stupid government spending. We need to install a democratic leadership so everyone has a chance to have their say on whats necessary and whats not, we also need a better budgeting system and finally we need to focus our attention more on the UK rather than other countries. I hate the thought of people starving to death and living under dictatorship, but we need to start looking after number 1
