new discs and pads fitted :) but..

So long as the pads will slide freely its most likely a piston is sticking Loen.

Try freeing it off.......... take the caliper off, take the pad nearest the piston out, press the brake pedal slowly but jam a bit of wood or something to stop the piston going all the way out!

Do this a few times & if its not free'd you'd be best to refurb the caliper, this is best done in pairs as well :)

If this was on new disc's as well going blue has probably warped them so might need replacing as well!

i have had a look at the disc it dosnt look warped i will check again tomorro, i think i may have freeed it off, i will take for a test drive tomorro, see how it gose!:)

okay, well ibll test it tomorro , and buy a new disc , it got so hot, that my wheel nuts couldnt be touched :(, burn me :/

If the caliper and pads are free, and you're scratching your head it could be this.

I've seen the flexible hose collapse internally and work like a one-way valve keeping the pressure at the caliper.

ive seen this at work and can be a right pita :/

no i dont have that gauge will get a garahe to check, and i noticed when i redune the pads at like 7pm, there really tight, :/,

When the pads are new and thick the sliders in the calliper carrier are at their shortest (pushed right in.) They can stick there. Loosen the two 12mm bolts about 5 turns and make sure you can still push the slider outwards, away from the car, ie into the calliper carrier.

i got them working now :),the only thing i saw was the lil springy bits on the calliper carrier 1had seezed so pulled it out and regressed it and everything working fine now :)
