Window timer after ignition turned off?

We just got a 2011 Nissan Micra K13 which is fitted with front electric windows where the driver's window has the "auto" feature for putting it down without holding it throughout. The car also has keyless entry and start/stop. One thing that drives me insane is that when you turn off the engine with the start/stop button, you cannot operate the windows. Then, you have to press the start/stop button 1-2 times more, close your windows, and then press the button again to turn the ignition off.

The user manual says:
Window timer (where fitted):
The window timer allows the window switch to be operated for 15 minutes even if the ignition switch is turned off and the key is removed. The window timer will be cancelled when the corresponding door is opened or the preset time has expired.
How can I retrofit this option? Is it a matter of coding or do I need to swap the windows control switch on the driver's side? Any guidance is welcome.

Many thanks

Another thing which is annoying is that the driver-side window is automated only on the way down. Is there a replacement switch that makes it automated both ways and maybe adds automation to the passenger-side window as well?
