what does yours put out (bhp)

thats how i read it aswell but i have no idea on these things!!
 
its 91@flywheel and 57@wheels.
its not as good as i thought.but i did have a problem with the tyres getting to hot and sticking to the rollers creating loads of drag (30bhp).and also around 6000rpm i had some wheel spin which you can see a dip on the graft
if i had takin some road tyres with me and not soft compound offroad tyres it would have been alot better.
the roller man told me that if i had road tyres on the drag would had been down to about 15 to 18 and not 30bhp ,which would have give me around 100@flywheel and 70@wheels,which would have been alot better

thats still 30bhp over a standard ma12. at 96mph in 3rd gear and the cam is still standard and useing only a single choke carb
 
91.4 @ the wheels however i am expecting 100 @ the wheels when the car runs again :love:

my final goal is 150bhp at the wheels then i will be content. not too far to go now. (might just buy a 50 shot of nitrous and call it a day performance wise) as that will be more than enough. then consentrate on the handling and breaking side some more

pretty much a 50% increase over standard at the moment.
 
when my old K10 went on the rollers, it was chucking out 58bhp at the wheels, and it was only taken to 4800 as we were trying to cure a mid range stutter, not go for a power run.

was far from standard then
 
wasn't far off. I never took it to pod, however, i can tell you it was quite a bit quicker than mark's was, and i've driven his extensivly, and his had full exhaust system including manufold, different carb and other random bits, and it wasnt a patch on mine.
 
thats still impressive Bob, my 1.0 was 64 at the fly IIRC after some modulations. cant remeber what that was at the wheels i still have the graph somewhere albeit slightly inacurate

you must be runing what twin carbs a cam or even turbo to get 100+@wheels and for 150 all that with noz...
you got to remember that apart from a skimmed head,3 angle valva seats standard cam and a reconditioned bottom end the engine is standard.
i no the inlet and exhaust manifold are different and carb is a single choke 34mm weber......which i didn't think it was to bad

i thought that some people would be interested in some proper figgers and not bull####
 
its a k11 1.3 tho (jus incase u didnt notice + i added to the manifold tuning thread think u can answer a few Q's for me) cheers bomb

i like it shown! but in defence you are in a k10 thread and i think he thot u were a 1.2 k10:laugh: what mods you got on ur k11 seems quite good!

It's got a turbo on it hehe ;)

yes if he had told me that he had a turbo k11 in the 1st place instead of taking the edited out of of my figures.

apologies about being in the wrong thread, i only look at the new threads usually and it just slams them all together.

i thought it was open to anyone to post their figures.

and was i taking the #### out of your figures...NO whats your problem?

and if you are gonna be like that then it is fairly obvious that my car is a K11 as it says in the bit under my name. around the car owned area and "K11"

you like me have obviusly not been paying enough attention to the text i will read more throughly in future , jesus! :suspect:
 
my standard micra , standard alloys, standard tyre pressure, all from the cg13 i got 68.4 at the wheels i got my printout somwere i will post a pic asap :D
 
What is wrong with you all? Is it impossible to discuss stuff like this without slating each other?
