Whats the difference between a turbo car and a normal one?

very quickly and basically:

A turbo engine is known as forced induction. Which a 'normal' engine is N/A - natural or normal asperation.

The turbo engine uses exhaust gases to drive a compressor wheel to force more air into the engine to create more power.

just to add to this the turbo is basically a two way pump, the harder the engine works the more exhaust gases are produced and the turbine in the turbo sucks the gases out of the engine whilst sucking in more air to fuel the combustion process quicker
