The new corsa

Opel-Corsa-new.jpg

What you think? I think it looks like the astra and would definiatly have one. It looks a whole lot better then the other corsa's.

The 200BHP 1.6 Turbo VXR should also be red-hot.

Opinions..?? dont be narrow minded because its a corsa.... I love it

why are all new cars looking the same? its got astra written all over it. Much better than previous looking corsa's but its a different shape, they may aswell have called it something else. Also, corsa's werent really designed as sports cars were they - i mean, ideal family plod around - thats going to have 200bhp!

Not a fan, looks like a mix between the Astra and the new Focus.

Gd thing about them making a fast car, many other companies will have to follow suit :)

quite nice looking and 200bhp is powerful enough for most conditions! but i would have a coupe style next, sick of hatchbacks! haha

Just looks like an Astra that got shrunk in the wash. I know manufacturers like to have a "family" look to their cars but it could look abit different.

The 1.6 Turbo could be a hoot though. Nissan really need to get their act together and get a hot-hatch going, no more of this slightly warm stuff.

IMO i think vauxhall have took note on the amount of young lads/lasses in corsa's and that is the reason for a 1.6 turbo thing. cars like that were desinged as "run-a-bouts" for people but now there getting hidiouse! all look the same!!!! this is why i like late 80's - 90's cars like old fiesta's, micra's, corsa's, 106's, etc all diffrent, look at the modern or new versions.......

If you want it for that, surely you would buy a 1.2 or something instead of the VXR??

I like it. But it looks like a small astra, and something will go wrong with it. K12's have it's problems, but at least it keeps on going :).

I know many people who has switched to Vauxhall from other makes, and have now regret it.

Am glad to see that I'm not only one thinking all cars are looking the same.

That corsa is like an astra, it's like fords, the fiesta is just like a focus, the clio is like the k12.

Even the Golf MK5 is starting to look like other cars, I'll stick to my K11 and MK4!

or buy a ford rs200...... looks like nothing else....lol

naah i agree.... bleedin french... theyre takin over.,

looks like all the clones companies are producing....

at least with a turbo edition the pikeys can't insure or buy them so they won't be ruined for a few years to come. same as what happend to the saxo VTS.

I think it looks nice :wasntme: , but i'll always be staying jap when it comes to buying cars!!!

agree with both comments, dont think i will go back from jap!! nissan and honda are the way forward

Its a half decent looking small car. Might say its more stylish than the K12.

But still - its an Opel. Yuck! Wouldn't drive one here unless you paid me to... Unreliable, expensive parts what a great combination! NOT. (these vehicles do not cope well in our conditions!) (Pugs hold together better lol)

To be honest I would actually consider the new astra for my next car. I think that the corsa could be the best yet, and when I saw it at the motor show I was very impressed with it. I still think the k12 is the ugliest car of its kind, and if I was to buy another car like that, the corsa would be above the k12 I reckon, although the interiors of the k12's are very nice, and I probably wouldn't have either lol. :)

The corsa still isnt designed as a sports car mate, its the VXR that will have 200bhp - Monaro, VX220, Vectra, Zafira, Meriva and the Arstra that will come in the Racing edition, not the Corsa mate - you think they would design something like that when they know its mainly Neds that drive them? hehe

Daz :alien:

Nissan really need to get their act together and get a hot-hatch going,

nissan have totally lost the plot. renault are using nissan to produce weird family cars and OAP wagons and saving all the hot hatches for thier own name.

When everyone knows nissan used to have such a good motorsport history, much better than renualt motorsport history.
