Removing ABS fuse may cause rear brake lockup

If you remove the ABS fuse on your ABS model you risk a rear lockup under hard braking due to rear end lift.

Non ABS models have a mechanical load sensing valve to prevent lockup when you have no rear passengers.

^^ Correct.

Basically removing any component of the ABS system will cause the wheels to lockup if you push the brake pedal hard enough.

I wish nissan had not set the ABS to operate in a straight line. Would have been much more effective.

i loved the micra ABS.

With my n14 1.6 brakes, slotted rotors..it was REALLY hard to get them to actually come on ABS...I could push the pedal down pretty firmly and pull the car up great without abs coming on.

however the 200sx..thats a totally different story on the ABS front. makes me appreciate my old micra's braking ability.
