Definately fits K11, may fit K10, not compatible with D2 coilovers unless the central hole is bored out slightly - people always ask about them, so here is one for sale, looking for offers over £40.

When I had it in the car it had rear cage so kinda not necessary, I would imagine that it would tighten up the rear end to the similar extent as a front one.
I think Anthony will see this before wednesday, so make a starting offer
