Radio Problems!

Hey Guys Was Taking My DashBoard Off Of My K10 Super S, Sprayed Parts And Put It All Back Together, Nothing Is Loose Im Sure However When I Turn My Ignition On My JVC Headunit Doesn't Turn On But Will Happily Eject CD's If I Press The Eject button On My Headunit Then Turn Itself Off Again - It Is Acting As If My Ignition Wasnt On All The Other Lights Etc. Work! Also My Ciggy Lighter Won't Work Could These Be Related?fwn I Have Checked The Fuses By The Bonnet Release And All Seem OK, Are There Any Other Fuse Boxes/Fuses Elsewhere? ANY HELP WOULD BE MOST APPRECIATED!

sounds like the 'live feed' which keeps the radio memory is ok as this also ejects the CD's, is your 'main live' taken from the cigarette lighter wire, as this is common and would mean they are related, just check for loose/ missing connections and a multimeter helps

hey just an update so this thread is done radio is back and i can carry on listening to sum 41 lol cheers imp it was the live wire from the ciggy that was knackered so replaced it
