Parts difference for K12 models?

Hello all, I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with a parts question. It seems every time I order a part for my micra it's not the right part, I have a 2008 K12 Micra CR14DE (according to the rego), however the car itself has NOV 2007 stamped on it so I think this has something to do with it.

When I order parts for this model half the time it's wrong, for example I got a TX valve and it doesn't look anything like the one that's in it and doesn't fit either, I cannot seem to find the exact one online anywhere too. I had the same issue buying belts and was only able to find the right ones by pulling the old belt off and getting the exact parts number.

Every part I order states it's for 2007 - 2010 K12 CR14DE and yet it's like a lottery every time. I have to order a bunch of parts for it (expensive ones) and I'm really hesitant now, so if someone can tell me if there's actually a mechanical difference between the 2007 - 2010 models that would be great, or what models exactly I should be buying that would be much appreciated.

Attached is a photo of said TX valve, top is what I got and bottom is what's in my car, also picture of parts number.

You have come against a vehicle updates which evolve has production goes forward according to the euro parts catalogue (enclosed) the 1.4 ran from may 2005 to September 2007, then updated parts were used, I encourage you to study the schematics parts list using your vin number to narrow down the specific manufacturing date to enable you to locate specific part numbers which you can directly search for?
