March ST

"LANDED AT UK PORT APPROX £3385"

Thats not cheaper. As I have said in the past...

And that's where the nightmare begins, if it's that price FOB it's going to be near 5k by the time you have finished! and whole lot of hassle. Bargain!! lol

actually, i worked it out from the price on the website,

"355,000 YEN FOB (£1710)", when you add in shipping, taxes, vat and clearance charges, and then you add on their "£495 fee". it works out at £3385 at the port. and then you would need to do mot and registration, probably £300 max on top.

so something like £3685 road legal, which is very big big money!:wow:, but then again, most classics now are going for serious money in japan, especially since a decent toyota corolla ae86 costs a minimum of 700,000 yen fob, so 355,000 yen seems about right for an even rarer mint march super turbo,

wish i could afford it, even then probably wouldnt be able to insure it!

best start saving the pennies then lol,
or might as well mod my micra with a pulsar gtir engine! might work out cheaper! just buy a front cut of a gtir and put one in,

mmm, now that would be good!

as i've sold my micra i won't be needing this contact anymore so i will gladly pass it onto you lot:

These quoted me to ship a march st about three years ago and from what i remember it was quote reasonable, give it a go, their well friendly.

I got my first ST from Yosi in 2000 - that long ago!!. Hes a good guy.

Ed

i was quoted around 3k for a good example on the road taxed tested etc etc when i was looking at getting one but it was the insurance quotes that stopped me Near on £900 TPFT didnt think it was worth paying that on a 13-15 year old micra. esp considering what else you can get for the money. if i was rich though i would defintaly have got one
