k11 manual gearbox problems

Hi can anyone help I have a slight problem with my k11 1994 micra, that I have lost my reverse gear I have tried to adjust gear linkage but still no luck all other gears are fine.

when was clutch changed?

It was changed last Saturday but have had this problem for a bout a month now.

sounds like an internal gear selector issue if the 5 forward gears are ok, does the stick go into full reverse position ?

I thought that replace cable yesterday but still the same.

No the stick does not go in to reverse at all.

No the stick does not go in to reverse at all.

the stick will jam if the rear g/box mount is loose, but you tend to lose some forward gears too when that happens
if you try to pull away in gear with the handbrake on (and bonnet open) the engine will jump about if the mounts are loose or shagged

tbh you need to run that test in reverse gear iirc (which you dont have )
you might be better to rock the car back and forth in 1st gear

Check the rods not rusted like my 94 lx. And bushes for shifters and sectors are free for it to go in that direction,
