Hi,
have not had time to come on lately, basically thry have been in the UK all November but I was not left a 'we are holding a parcel for you card' so only recently knew about where they were, but they are 70 miles away from me and they refuse to move them to a nearer depot due to there being import charges due. I have been phoning the customer enquiries every other day but apparently I could not phone the depot to pay these charges. They have phoned me once but it was credit-card only, I dnt believe in credit-cards so he said that they would phone later when I could be able to use my house-mate's. They never did.
Now I have been told that it has been approved for re-export, I have managed to get it on the intercept list, so hopefully it will not end up on a plane back to Japan. A supervisor is supposed to be phoning me tomorrow so I am,reservedly, awaiting there call. Most likely I will have to miss a day of uni which is really not on. I can send people the tracking number if they wish and hope to have this resolved by the end of the week, I find it ironic that the only problems hae not come when the product was in a foreign ####ry on the other side of the world, but in England, due to the oldest mail service in the wold.
Apologies for the wait,
Craig
