what are the tourque settings for the mains and the big ends? and are the old bolts re-useable? please can someone make an effort for me! my engine is in pieces and ive lost my haines bible!grr cheers guy bomb

38 views and no love? im sitting here in a oily spray suit and i cant do anything else now! if i dont get an answer soon im going to have to ebay my self a new haynes:down: ive spent enough already!

I cant tell you now as I dont have the info with me, but you definately can reuse bearing cradle bolts.

non of them are stretch bolts you can use them over and over again i do

lucky for u i have my haynes in my room 1 minute ill have them for ya


main bearing caps bolts - 34 to 38 lbf ft or 46.05nm to 51.46nm

conrod nuts - 22 to 25 lbf ft or 29.79nm to 33.86 nm

thanks guys much appreciated!!(Y) can start back on the car now! although id given up for the day! also got a moped today! same one as mine i had when i was first 16 and wrote off! so not going to make a working one from a smashed one and an engine seized one! looks like more work than i thought but sahould be easy! hopefully make a quick buck before uni!
