Donny...not long now!

Fitted my replacement lamp, back seats and interior plastics are all back in - minus a carpet! Also my new steering wheel arrived at lunch, so going to attempt fitting that this evening.
dont think there's any point cleaning it today or tomorrow tho, it'l only get filthy driving it x hundred miles to donny!

I don't fancy cleaning all the mud and bird crap off by hand at Donny thank you very much, which is why i'm gonna get most of it done beforehand, T-cutting for example, there's no point doing that at Donny, and it won't be affected by getting a bit more dirt on it when it's done.Arnold said:

Well unlike u James, Arnold keeps his car clean. The last time it was cleaned properly was a few weeks ago so he can get away with saying that!!!

arnold before fitting the steering wheel find some space and drive in a stright line to get the steering stright. just a little tip i learn,t that and a bit of elbow grease. all you should need is an extension and 17mm ratchet.
and i believe in aunnal cleaning so once when it's at donnoy. but mud is great makes it look more like a rally car.

Mate my suspension is wrecked, so one minute its in a straight line, makes a loud clonking sound, and the wheels facing a different direction to go straight lol!! very dodgey. anyways, i'l give that a go. I remember getting it off last time was a fiddle, so not looking forward to it later.

well mine wont be the cleanest as ive been really under pressure since 9am to get wing mirror indicators wired up, wire up front fogs, wire up and fabricate something to hold a rear number plate light. Took me till 6pm then washed the outside of the car and gave it a quick hoover inside and it was 9pm at this time. So not had chance to polish etc and wont have chance tomorrow as setting off at 5am
