Centre cat facelift 1.0

Anyone passed their mot with the centre cat removed? Being very optimistic a 1.0 engine doesn't need two bloody cats...

Did you just replace the centre cat with straight tubing?has im looking to do this with mine has the cat looks very rusty.

Cut the ends off the cat, scaffold tube cut to length, welded ends on, silicone all over the joints, bolted back on. Just passed the emissions no problem, which frank had said it would ( complete faith there).

So I take it mines just a little silencer sort of diamond shaped will cut it off at the weekend

yes the cat was replaced with a 2.5 inch side exit
