The BE-1 had the CG series engine in too right? or did it just share the K11 chassis?

There's a bit of info on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_Be-1 aswell as a link to a japanese site with some pics of a modded one. Your right with the Figaro link though as wikipedia says "It was designed as a fashionable city car in the mold of the Figaro"

Good spot! the be1 and pao got non turbo ma10's, the Fig got the turbo ma10

there is a BE-1 living not far from me.

Figaros are to common up here now...there's even a pink one flying around with pink leather.
