Bad heat

Hello need help
my micra K13 does not get warm in the cabin, have changed the thermostat, changed the coolant.
Getting up to troubleshooting with the computer
P0031 HO2S heater control circuit low bank 1 sensor 1
does it have to do with the heat .. Thanks for reply

The code is refering to issue with your oxygen sensor.Check your oxygen sensor 1 mate

the error wanders one day sensor 1 the next they can be sensor 2 . What could be wrong with them? going crazy here soon
