yeh should b fair bhp gain tho best person to ask on first hand exp is craig i had them fitted to one of my micras n it made the bugger seem quicker off mark but removed them after a week n havent refitted to dif car yet

shouldnt b any knock on effect most of the parts with the 1.0 n 1.3 engine r very similar like i said craig would be best person to ask as hes been running on them 4 a while now

Cam imagine they wouldn't be that hard to do, but i'm no expert. Maybe about 15 brake gain??

in theory they should be pretty streight forward fittment haynes should give a description of how to remove and refit them, i would love to help but i have my own motor to sort at the mo cheers
