Sleek radio

Hi guys, I’ve got a K12 and I’m looking to replace the standard radio unit. Any ideas on a radio that fits and would look relatively flush and closest to looking standard as I don’t want anything with big flashy lights or anything. Thanks. :)
 
What type of standard radio you have now?:unsure:
Micra vehicles were equipped with few types.
I have this: Nissan Micra K12 Double din Stereo in my 160SR, it's good enough for my hifi needs. I changed all 4 speakers to Pioneer ones.
To front 2-ways, because there is stock tweeters. Rear 3-ways and, under left side drivers seat, Pioneer sub-woofer.

Hi I have this https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/362872807949 with the trip computer above it. I’m not fussed about the hifi system I would just like an aux input more than anything else.
 
I will show you a picture of one i have at home. I had it on my micra before installing the sat nav if you want. If not, have a look at this picture and you can see the "aux" near the shifter.
I don t have a link just search on ebay and you will find

Jvc Kenwood or pioneer units have good what sound , and also have aux ,usb (iPod connect aswell), and such , + cheap
Thing is getting another nissan stereo you've got the code to sort (unless got one) and for the double din unit change the facia around it,
And ATM Halfords have some at £40 none cd play and from £55 for a cd play one
Or eBay used about £25 and can get Bluetooth for that ,
Also a stock k12 stereo as you have are pretty cheap to get cause not many people want them, and can be hacked to work without a code but dunno how long or ant problems come from that
