Engineered clamps request

Hello folks would any of the engineer types on hear be able to knock me up two of the below ?

Internal ID 14mm to accept 6mm bolts to clamp it together for a good snug fit.

Could be threaded rather than a nut and bolt job

Any help would be very much appreciated

That sort of style Paul it's to go on a new gear linkage I'm playing about with.

No steady bar just the selector rod

Tolerances?
Do you want a perfect 14mm fully clamped or just a 7mm rad and enough of a gap to apply a bit of force?
Also what material?

7mm radius with a good clamping force would be ideal mate.

Material wise steel just for strength would you think?

Clamping onto the gear stick shaft mate either side of a rose joint & misalinement bushes. To give lots of adjustment on the shifter.

That drawing looks spot on, how much would a pair of clamps be?

Probably just postage, but it depends on whether I have any suitable material tbh. I'll get the toolroom apprentice to make em, he owes me for helping him convert his D1 wheel nuts to fit his mini

They're gunna be made out of 12mm thick plate because otherwise the head would be a nats whisker wider than the plate itself! (Plus I found some 12mm plate the exact width needed too!) Showed it to the jig borer operator in the toolroom and he decided it'll be a good training piece for the apprentice, so should be done probably by the end of next week? Depends when they get a chance really.
