the car starting to appear more like a car for the first time in like 8 months. Odd. I think.
 
Hey Ed, yeah pre installed just to get it to the rolling road and then fine tunning on the dyno with fusionmotorsports ed. No she isnt built yet. just buying the bits whilst I got the money... otherwise the money just runs away :D
 
I know that money runny away feeling! It's good! Once I get the new x member in it will be perfect. Needs a clean! I'm bad at keeping cars clean as you well know. Might sell it in September before uni starts I think, free up some cash for the landy after uni :)
 
yes bless you.. that poor car you sold me. she is in safe hands now.. away from your evil non clean hands lol. Good man, great to hear, but why the hell you selling it already.... you really hate micra dont you. btw did you repair a rather large rust issue in one of the rear doors?

I dunno, daft obsession with keeping the landy maybe :D I needed something to get me around over the summer and didnt have time to do the work the landy needed for an MOT. I dunno, we'll see.
yeah, i seem to remember the rusty door, i think i used fibreglass and aluminium mesh, it will be somewhere near the begging of my old blog with pics i would think :)
As i have said before, im very glad i sold the car to someone who would look after it, and you are certainly doing that!! :D

I need to drive that bad boy BTW. Yeah its a weigh up of time vs money vs availability/work/need. Sweet okay may just rust protect and spray if it gets bad will replace the door. The window runners are rusted as well some how! Not seen that before. Why thank you very much Ed! Yes I did promise you lol man of me word and all that. Will start building the car today after spraying the rear doors... Weird after being so long apart, will keep you and all updated. Here is a picture now actually.

and I have run out of paint. Well I have dregs I will try to do the bonnet and grill bumpers will get fresh paint from shop might do matt black.. Or leave primer for now? Just to get her road worthy

Get it roadworthy... Have a go at the smallest things, but you'll notice if the bonnet has been done badly. Unless you can get the same finish as boot in this fashion
