My friendly local tyre fitters (who I've been using for years, and my dad for many before that) is happy to fit a 155 on a 7. 155/70 on a 7 looks a bit pants though.

Yeah, I know, and I know I've gone on about liking it before, but I'm really not feeling the tall tyre love at the moment. I don't actually think that those on the mattigs look very good at all, franks look much better, but the top of the tyre is hidden by the arch because of the excellent ride height. The polo just looks wrong.

yes i prefer the look of the 165/60/14,s personally mark (on the rear of mine) but i have a load of 155/70/13,s to use up first :grinning:
