i want a set of custom springs made up for my micra!

does anybody know of any companies which does it?

looking for a 50mm drop ontop of 13 inch alloys with low profile tyres

Search ebay for coil springs, there are people that will make springs to spec, measure original springs then tell them what size you require.

jamie, you need to jack your car up and measure your springs (ie when they,re preloaded but with the shocker fully extended)
and if you fit any springs shorter than that, they will be loose when the car is jacked up fwn.
i think the only alternative is progressive rate springs (where the softer ends of the springs take up any "play", and the springs stay secure when jacked up)

K11 size is 3 inch ID by 11 inches long, I have some 2.25 inch ID by 10.5 inch springs on the way but as they are stiffer they will actually raise the car, you need to keep stiffness in mind as well. Take your springs off and measure their uncompressed length, then minus whatever length you want to drop by.
You don't have to worry so much with K10 as you have coilovers front and rear so the springs won't fall out.
