lowering?

just wondering is it worth lowering my k10 if so is it likely to reduce bodyroll/understeer/ and that vague feeling in the steering? if not how is it likely to change the handling?

makes it alot better round corners lower sense of gravity so i presume it would slightly reduce the bodyroll but ud need uprated anti roll bars for the full effect

Lowering is really good for the handling, but i would STRONGLY recommend getting uprated shocks as well £200 for all rounds gas shocks and 35mm lowering springs from www.buypartsby.com is an azaming deal and one of the best for the money on the k10

yeh thats what im doing. i cant afford the shocks so im waiting but im still putting the springs on for the time being

a MASSIVE difference (improvement)! in terms of roll & steering....if you want the best improvements for the lowest cost I would definately just get new (fresh) dampers...(oil or gas)...I prefer oil

for handling.....Lowering springs (lower 'center of gravity' / 'smaller-lrolling leveage')...but concidering that springs are'nt a lifetime investment (you should renew them every 5 years or so anyway) then I would go for low cost lowering springs.

but the MAGICAL PLEASURE comes when youve done these....by getting AMAISING tyres!!!!...lower profile = less bounce better steering response, better acceleration better braking less understeer...the list goes on...TYRES TYRES TYRES

finding a brill tyre to fit stock steelies can be tricky but in my opinion this well worth the trouble once theyre fitted and you're enjoying their feel.

Suspension upgrades are where the money is best spent! Don't delay, get your springs and shocks today

Also wack a set of Toyo's on there to give you some superb grip. Your car won't handle round corners any better with budget tyres

i cant tell you what these kyb dampers and springs and yokahama adrives have made,it has totally transformed the car,feels like my mates toyota levin!!!!!
save your money till you can afford both mate TRUST ME

^^normal crappy k10 steelies. The alloys that come with every normal k10.

if there 13,s then yokahama a drives(good tyres that also look great)i would scrimp on some things but never tyres!!!
