What to put down?

Hi,

I'm filling in an appliaction form for a local Bank branch. And I've come to the referees bit and it's structured like this:

Name

Address

Status

Tel No.

Period Covered

What do I place in the status bit?, all of my referees are previous employers.

Thanks

Sky

Its so they know in advance if you are going to have dependant days when your wife or children are sick... i.e. single people get the job as they have less baggage to bring to work.

Brilliant, form completed.

Well there is one thing :D. In the qualifications page, they ask for the date taken. I usially put down something like 06/03 for GCSE's. But They want dd/mm/yy.

I don't remember the exact dates!!, I don't think anyones knows. So far I've left it as 06/03 etc..
