All the Hifi enthusiasts will properly cringe at this compromise, but I just screwed my amp onto the Sub Box.  The Screws were short so did not pierce the inside of the box (tho I can’t imagine you would notice any difference even if it did, how much air would you loose through a tightened screw) and it does not vibrate at all.  Now the things so heavy it don’t budge an inch no matter how I drive.
