It shouldnt matter about anything else, the fact is you have a contract with them to deliver a parcel which they did not complete.


They knew it had glass on it when they picked it up, if they dont take glass, the driver would have said surely.


They don't have a leg to stand on really, they should have phoned yourself, or me when the parcel got damaged to find out what was to happen with it.


And you have the invoice in your email saying it was insured.
