roughness on start

hi all am new here any one be able to help me car recently would not start and although i have now got it going it feels very rough on start up i have replaced the plugs so far and has not cured it.

youll need to put this post in the correct place no one knows if its a k10 or k11 and just saying rough on start could be anything for example your engine has no oil

thank you for the advice still finding my feat on the forum never used one before so not sure what im doing lol as for the car its all fixed now.
