problem with chassis

boys, i buy new wheel with ET13 , it is very nice but i have suspenses with splash-board it is very possible that my pneumatic can be hurt by splash board.

my shocks absorbers in back are too old , i have one new pair



My question: new shocks absorbers can hepl me or no?


now when i have too big weigth in car my wheel is a bit hide in splash-board in future when i instal new shocks absorbers is thit situacion possilbe?

I hope I understand your question.....

New shock absorbers will have to be very very stiff to fix the problem.
Common shock absorbers will always move up and down too much if the 'pneumatic' (tyre?) is outside of the 'splash board' (mud-guard) / (wheel arch).

If the wheel arch touches the tyre when the tyre / wheel is turning, then your tyre will be dammaged and NOT safe.
