and its only 553ft/lbs of torque....

a truck.... lets say a Renault magnum.... can pull in excess of 50 tonnes at 60mph with its 400ft/lbs...

its all about gearing..... however..... having a V10 Diesel 4x4 weighing 7 tonnes......does make the Hummer look like a bit of a kids toy..lol:laugh:

I work on the Magnums from time to time.

They have way more than 400 lbft.

Try 1500 lbft and you'll be about right.

The new Volvo FH16 is the daddy though...

660 HP & 2300 lbft.

If only it was geared for sprint racing...LOL!
