Some good news at last.....why do people in charge take so long to wake up?
The Council doesn't need to spend out money for Cameras it needs to spend money on pot-holed roads and out of date Junctions......
Well from the record number of fines being processed, that's proof alone they're not really slowing people down. Hopefully this will be the first of many councils to do this
