use paint, copy n paste the image..then click "image" at the top then go down to stretch/skew then resize 2 whatever size u wanna..like 50% smaller or whatever..then save file as a JPEG..then go to http://www.photobucket.com register there upload image and bobs ya uncle!!hope that helps..or even made sence!
