Paintwork

Washed the Micra today and although she looks smashing, when you look close up there are tons of tiny surface scratches and dirt marks that won't come off with a regular wash.

What's the best procedure and products to use to really get the paintwork shining?

I have access to a variable speed orbital sander with fluffy buffing pad if its any use??

if you havent experiance in machine polishing,its very easy burning through the paintwork
if your near that ratatatat guy pay him to do it and watch very carefully

Try a claybar on it and then good polish and wax over that. wont get rid of the scratches but will lift the grime out of it.
