Right i got the car slammed on 35mm springs and fitted a whiteline kit 
it drives amazingly, so much better than before. it was like a boat but now it is perfect. i think the front dampeners were not working properly.
anyway here is some pics of the work, it wasn't easy, some of the bolts had to be grinded off, which was a pain but i am glad it was all done
