Well, Micra no.4 ended up being a disappointment... Bought this marvellous little ###### all of a year ago now and drove it happily for about 9 months. I'd just got around to a fresh clutch and thinking about getting rid of those ghastly bonnet pins when...Poof! The gearbox is gone. So as much as it pains me i've got an MA12 from 1991 with otherwise sound mechanicals and a tidy virtually rust free exterior and clean interior which I now must sell to make place for the next car in the line.
Im in somerset (wellington) and to anyone who can arrange to collect it I am taking offers now. With simply loads of otherwise good bits it seems a waste to have to scrap this one so if anyone needs a particular part or wants the whole thing to aid a project, or even thinks they can arrange a new gearbox, then please email me and let me know what you think.
Its a Red 1235cc ma12 5 speed with 5 doors. from 1991 with intermittent history and 90k on the clock. Brand new clutch assembly in there. And the spoiler from the superturbo attached as well as some dodgy bonnet pins (dont blame me, they arrived that way!) Apart from snapped gearbox its very sound underneath and the exterior is very tidy too. when it ran it ran great. If you cant get hold of me on the emails then call 07806800195 anytime.
