They're both exactly the same part,
look the same,
performs the same (mine used to be turbocharged to 160hp),
and both don't leave any mess behind during removal (unlike the cheap graphite composite HG)

here's the Nissan part #11044-99B05 costing £70 from dealers

and here's the Victor Reinz #61-28950-00 costing £40
