Cut your old pipe, weld that one on.
The joint won't be great though due to joining mild steel to stainless, mine lasted a year then snapped.
And ignore the add, i doubt you'll see any performance increase.
It'll sound deeper/louder, but i doubt that design would look too great on a micra.

I would go for a brand like ashley or janspeed as its not really that much more and u can fit it yourself so no welding labour charge if you don't have one
