I have quite long fingers so have never needed to do franks method.
3 10mm bolts on water pump pulley wheel ping the belt and pulley off.
Then there are 8 10mm bolts iirc that hold the water pump to the block and some sealant.
Remove old pump.
Clean the block mating face re seal and pop the bolts back. Then re attach the pulley wheel.
Slacken the belt tensioner 14mm all the way out check belt condition reuse if it looks good.
If not you will need to slacken off the alternator belt to change the water pump belt.
