last time there was this thread. I said they can't but people didnt seem to believe me.
Its a mixture if they can or can't. Its upto the developers if they want to lock their games out from different consoles. So if you can an american (NTSC) console you *might* be able to play all of the english (PAL) games, or some of them, perhaps even none of them. The gamble is upto you.

I'm not fully sure, after another quick look. It seems everyone is contridicting each other, dont know who too believe any more. I would rather wait until we get an offical launch, then we can be on a later firmware version with less bugs.
