1.2 k10 4th cylinder oiling up?

hi on my 1.2 k10 the 4th cylinder (closest to the dizzy) it oils up staight away unless it is warm and it burns the oil but if it is cold itt oils up and the sparkplug does not work.

any ideas?

either piston rings or valve stem seals.
