Abingdon Carnival Rally 2016 A frustrating days racing! Where do I start... I'd rebled the system with fresh 5.1 fluid, mintex race pads and new discs and bedded it all in as per manufacturers instructions. The fresh fluid is now Brown (burnt it) and pads caught fire on the last stage...

Yeah most custom exhaust shops will bend you a bit of pipe with a couple of flanges each side :) they will probably need the car though

Basically Max, your fooked You'll need a custom peice of pipe to mate it all together as with most 421 manifolds

Before I've just pushed the piston out far (without fully removing it, use some old brake pads to stop it coming all the way out) Then just used a wd40 product around the seal - probably did sod all, but this worked for me. Keep pushing the piston back in and repeating this until free...

That looks to me like you might have a sticky piston on the calliper? Just try pumping the pedal/pushing the piston back in over and over whilst spraying lubricant around it.

Put the k10 up for sale. I can't justify two silly cars, when I really need a daily that can tow the rally car when necessary. K10 1986, preface lift etc etc very very tidy. PM if wanted :)
