Total lack of sound proofing on Micra vehicles, is most likely reason for the noise. I have started sound proofing on Micra of mine.

I have 205/50 R16. No consequences. It is safe.

I don't have any issues with 4 people in the vehicle, then I slow down to speedbumps. Normally it's just me, sometimes significant other with me, then I don't even slow to speedbumps!
