A hot hatch imho is more like the Clio 182, Fiesta ST etc. The Micra in comparison is a warm hatch.

I went for the Leather and the Sunroof (and the met paint). That was it for factory options!

I ordered back in June and original delivery date was end of july. but I decided to wait for new reg plates (55 reg) as it will be better for resale than trying to explain it is a late 05 plate etc. I ordered the Sunroof and Leather simply because of the price I paid, it was silly not to...

I only went for the seats coz at the price I paid it was silly not too. When I come to sell, it will be easier to sell the car rather than a 160sr with no options etc: 160sr = £xxxx 160sr+leather+sunroof=£xxxx Same price, but I know which I'd rather go for (the one with more options) ;)

That'll be the same as my car :D Picking it up as soon as I get back from hols (13th Sept iirc). Mine is 3dr, Met Black, Leather/heated seats and sunroof.

It will only affect items changed or items directly affected..... If you change the exhaust, then the exhaust is no longer covered etc. If you change the springs and found that dampers leaked oil, then they would not be covered.

There isn't anything yet. It's the first time the HR16DE engine has been used in the UK. I too have one on order. I'll probably go for a custom stainless steel exhaust system along with a cold air induction system. Pearl Black 3dr Leather/Heated Seats Sunroof 8,600 (or thereabouts)

Yay!! Someone else that's ordered one. I'm collecting mine mid September, it was ready at end of July but I decided to wait for 55reg. I went for Met Black, with Heated Leather and Sunroof. Encouraging reading the views of people that have had test drives.

Trouble is..... I'm not sure how many parts, ie lowering springs, exhaust etc will be mass developed if they are only shipping 1600/yr etc. I'll probably go for a custom exhaust pretty soon after she's run in rather than wait a year for magnex, supersprint etc to make one.

Yep, I went for the Sunroof on top of those options. So hence final price of 8,600 on the road, not bad for a retail price of 11,300!

Does anyone have an info on how it i fitted? Is it a straight pipe, or is it part of the manifold/downpipe etc?

you could order them from the end of June when they were announced. Mine arrives 29th July at the mo, although I may wait til Sept 1st for reg for resale value.

I read somewhere else that it was 1600/yr but don't know how true that is.

I've got the 160SR on order. I can find soooo little on the web it's rediculous :(
