The dealer said every 9,000 miles, but the countdown timer in the car (when you start it) says 18,500 (or rather 17,400 now). So is it 9,000miles, 18,500miles or something else?

They rock in the 160SR :) Didn't think they'd be much good, but travelled from Swansea to Oxford last night (about 3hrs) and they were wicked, helped relax your back muscles.

The set I've been looking at are the Eibach Pro and Sportline. Sportline lowers by 50mm and Pro is 25-30mm. You should be able to use just the springs and keep the dampers etc.

not seen the esp in action yet, although tbh it will become 2nd nature to turn it off everytime I start the car (I feel it intrudes too much/often). I've only done 30miles or so in it :) The Air Filter is tiny, so any change there will improve the engines breathing.
