I replaced my grommit in the passenger footwell with windscreen sealent XD

And as stuartwood 89 said, black accents are nice but I wouldent call a spoiler an accent

For starburst silver micras like mine I would say body colour but on darker cars I like black better

Pressure washer with a plastic bag selotaped round your dizzy and take your rocker cover off then wire brush it then prep it and paint it
