No you wouldn't every part is interchangeable the only difference between the 2 engines is the cams rod pistons and crank. Pistons, rods 40k, block and pistons 80k

Not acctually nasty its the lightest of touches! Just just just rubs the textures side section. The rear springs are a little too soft for how low it is. (Ford Ka rear springs.)

It shouldn't need running in as its the same piston rings, same bearing shells and same pistons... Just sligtly longer stroke. I have a head still attached currently but no idea what condition its in, it could be perfect or it could be terrible never got that far. Have a rocker somewhere as well...
