The idea is that the bore gets slightly smaller towards the end....so your setup would be great. I did have a chance of looking at a Spoon exhaust on my friends integra. The bends are actually a bigger bore than the straight bits to keep the flow up but the backbox is slightly smaller bore tho ;)

Im thinking of having a clutch plate made when i change to a 1.0 gbox. It's a carbon plate and costs around 100€ to make. I know of someone with a nissan s14 running 380hp with a stock clutch and their carbon plate. Should be good for around 130hp on the 1.0 plate imho...

So you will mate this to a 1.0 gearbox? Will the clutch take the torque?

EBBDude made a 2inch exhaust. FH-5 i would do a 2inch midsection and just put your NISMO exhaust at the end of it to keep the velocity of the gasses up!

Im runing a Walker original replacement exhaust on mine. Its slightly oversized i think (outside diameter is around 43mm) and it works for now. My car is dynoed at 90hp running a stock unmoded exhaust manifold etc :)

2.5" is to big. That would be cool if he was running 200hp :) Id say 2" and a slightly smaller backbox. 2" should be good up to 150hp depending on the design and number of bends.

You need to make the exhaust bore go smaller at the end. Because hot exhaust gasses cool down at the end of the exhaust wich also means they loose volume so they slow down in a pipe that is to big. If you make the pipe smaller towards the end it will accelerate those gases out of the exhaust :)...

Fitted winter tyres...feels spongy now...at least its a bit more comfortable....

Strongflex do them for the suspension. They list 2 types, red which are softer and yellow wich are harder.

The side bit is the resonator. Thats what makes it "silent"(Y)

Did the service yesterday Oils and oil filter: Air filter in GA16 airbox. Made in japan :P And an adjustable fuel pressure regulator: First we drained the oils: Speedo drive: Wich is back here: While the oil was draining we glued the spoiler that came loose on this side...

When its really warmed up its fine...only it only happens after a cold start (overnight) and when its moist or raining.

It idles fine and drives ok at trailing throttle. Only when i try to accelerate it starts spluttering...
