Cut the perch of and weld it further down, obviously you have too remove the spring first, then very carefully grind down the old perch weld.

If you have a blow it will be that that's causing the problem not the lambda, unplugging the lambda will make the car ignore the extra air its getting in the exhaust fumes. Seal the blow before you changing a relatively expensive sensor. Trust me on this.

Getting very frustrated building this new engine, dropped the chain back down the side cover, had too take it all back off then crimped the brand new Head gasket... FML!!

Luckily i have the other engine just so little motivation now... Just want a high comp engine read too go in then i can do the rest worrying i'll do something wrong with the new one and kill that too.

I became a man and its now out, had still got a heater matrix pipe connected... :eek: All the shims are up no matter what stroke engines on... think my chain may have jumped... woopsie.

Engine is now flopping about in the bay until i can get a crane! AGH!!

You'd expect such a small engine too be just a 2 man job...

That doesn't look all to genuine...

Failed too remove the engine, deffinatley need a crane....
