In need of ideas any mods either body or engine only thing is needs to be nice and cheap (1st year apprentice wage) but open to any and all ideas :)

First time posting on here i was looking into low end turbos and found a t15 turbo fairly small anyone know if it would work? And any tips on what i will need ?
